Plot or Print a PDF from Web Autocad

Hi, I use Autocad Web free trial as a CADviewer, everything works except printing or creating pdfs. I have already tried to start the plot command with the instructions. Also on other browsers, but it doesn't change the fact. I tried it from the model as well as from the layout window. Can printing only be activated upon purchase? Can anyone help with this? What did the LEARN MORE link offer up as the problem or solution? You don't mention anything about that in your light post about the actual file: based only on the one screenshot, the issue is likely your DWG file Layout's undefined pagesetup that are the problem, nothing else.

No seeing any issues here with any of my own DWG files and well-defined and set Layout pagesetups.

FWIW: A purchase is not going to change any issues with the DWG file's layout. Sorry.

Thanks for the feedback. FYI, I used my own DWG file (plain and without plot presets) but also a DWG file from the application's Sample folder, both show the same error message. I have now contacted support and am waiting for an answer. Thank you and best regards

I just exchanged with the helpdesk and it seems like it's because of the firewall, which doesn't accept certain domains. In this link you will find some information about which domains should be allowed. We are checking it in the company and can tell you later. Thanks
