Hello @ajhughes02
thank you for your PN, I received your files. Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the issue:
1. I was able to access both files and saved them in a new folder in my AutoCAD Web App File Manager opened with Chrome.
2. I opened the files and was able to plot both active Layouts to PDF:
CahillModify - Layout1

Newman - Layout1

3. The PDF file was created, I was able to open it and saw the same content as shown in my AutoCAD Web App.
4. I did not find corruption in their drawings when I opened the file in the AutoCAD Desktop App
Please let me know the following:
- Do you still face the issue when you run the steps I described?
- Do they use the same (maybe unsupported browser) which is not one of the following: The AutoCAD web app is supported by 64-bit Google Chrome, 64-bit Mozilla Firefox, and 64-bit new Microsoft Edge (Chromium based) on Windows or Mac. If not please make sure a supported browser is used.
- On which environment do they run the AutoCAD Web App - Windows 10?
- Which content are you plotting? Also the layouts shown in the screenshot above?
