How long ago was it? is it a free version you're using? Be patient, Jorge is a bot.

this was today and about 10 seconds between him showing up and leaving.

 

Yes its the free version with student log ins

Sorry to hear that.

 

Please let me know the following points:

  1. Does the issue appear only with a certain drawing?
  2. Do you have the issue also with a new created drawing? 
  3. Does the same issue appear within the Autodesk Login of another colleague?
  4. How big is the drawing?

 

For now I would suggest that the drawing is either:

  • corrupt
  • too big
  • has proxy objects included

The issue you faced was a temporary situation. A fix was pushed to solve the issue - please check the behavior again and let me know the outcome. If it still appears I will communicate this internally.
