Dynamic input missing

Hello,

Had to work from home last night (don't have autocad) at home. Closed the session down last night with dynamic input activated, logged back in today and the dynamic input has gone.

There isn't a toggle button, F12 and DYNMODE from autocad LT dont work on the Web Application. How do i turn it back on?

I trawled through this forum for similar post and the only hint i can see is that i has to be in google chrome which i am in.

AutoCADWEB is a limited ability free CAD offering that is not as capable as the desktop app: including what you seek.

Looks like you need to either ask your boss for laptop for mobile work, or lower your expectations severely with the web offering: think of it as a touch-up tool, not a "finish my work outside of the office" tool.

Thank Pendean,

Trust me I dont have high standards, I understand it has limited features, however i have been using the online app for months and dynamic input has always been there, what "I seek" is not something new.

The fact that it suddenly disappeared was the question, not why isn't it there at all.

I have since logged off, rebooted and open the app again .... voila! It back.

Hello @Anonymous

Welcome to the AutoCAD Web App Forum.

I just tested the dynamic input in my Web Application for the function RECTANGLE and it was available:

dyn_mode.png

Since it also appears in the AutoCAD Web App Help topic "Dynamic Input and Shortcut Menus" it was not added over the weekend and was available already for a longer time period as you said.

For now I suggest that is was a temporal browser issue when you are working on the same drawings and in the same browser and I am happy that you can move on working as before.
