Hello,

Are you able to login to Dropbox from AutoCAD web? Can you please describe where the error is occurring?

Best regards,

-mike

These are the steps:

1) I log into Web & Mobile.

2) I go to add storage provider.

3) I click "ADD" Dropbox.

4) That takes me to a page that says "Sign in to Dropbox to link with Autocad" (screen shot attached), I log in and then another page comes up that gives me a choice of which dropbox account to link to.

5) I choose the one I want and then the page goes back to Autodesk where it says "retrieving" but shortly after the error message come up (screenshot attached).

Thank you.

Hi,

I am having the same issue, I would love to connect dropbox to the app, I followed the exact steps as described by the reporter and I get the exact same issue. I read you were working on a fix, has that been implemented?

Thanks

Phil

Hi @vittor, @Anonymous, @Anonymous, and @modoleinad,

We have pushed a potential fix for this issue. Could you please retry connecting to your Dropbox account and let us know if it's fixed? Please be aware that depending on the number of files in your Dropbox account, it could take a while for the files to load, but you should no longer see the error message.
