ZOOM in icons, texts etc. for people with eye problems

I've noticed some people have difficulties in seeing the autocad icons or texts, because they're so small.

So i suggest making a ZOOM option, which will not be always enabled in Autocad, it's your choice if you want to turn it on or off.

It will work like this: When this option is on, the place where the mouse cursor is, will be zoomed automatically (with a zoom factory you choose), just like in our smartphones. I think this option would be very useful.
