Stretch Command & ability to change dimension scale

Please Please please for the love of god please give us a stretch command in the mobile app.

Also the ability to change the dimension scale on any dimension. When you click on a dimension

and look at the properties all these values are greyed out and cant be changed.

I can deal with lack of dimension customization but having no stretch command in the mobile app is terrible

can make the thought of using your ipad app unbearable.
