if you use the new dex (flat phone) you can use the phone as a touchpad ... (it's also possible with the old one but it's not very ergonomic) but it's still less accurate than mouse.

Hi, can't do much with a keyboard on this version. Basicly designed for touchscreens.
I'm guessing samsung put autocad on its dex compliant list because it could only resize to adapt monitor size. Otherwise seems pretty much unuseable.
