When I log in to the AutoCAD Mobile a white screen appears

I want to log in to the Autocad mobile program, but after entering the mail and password, a white screen appears in front of me at this stage.Can you help me?

Welcome to AutoCAD Mobile Forum:

Try the following steps:

1. Open the general settings of the mobile device.
2. Go to Apps > Default apps settings.
3. Choose "Opening links".
4. Switch on "Opening links in apps".
5. Choose AutoCAD.
6. Make sure "Open supported links" is switched on. 
7. Click on "Supported web addresses.
8. Check if "login.mobilestg.autocad.com" and "login.mobile.autocad.com" are listed.
9. If not add both web addresses.
10. Try and login to AutoCAD Mobile again.
