Unable to open CAD attachment in Android application

Problem with one small (several megabytes) attachment. At opening progress does not reach 100% and without errors simply closes. What shall I do?

Your DWG file may be corrupt: a repair of it from a desktop PC CAD application may be required.

Can you open it in another CAD program without issues?
Can you share your CAD file here?

I'll try to download in another program when I install one. What other ideas are there to solve the problem?
