Unable to access premium account after subscription renewal

Hii

 

I’m using autocad mobile on ipad pro. After subscription renewal today I can not access my drawing tools. It says that I’m a free user and suggest to upgrade but find error at the apps store. I checked my billing was successful. 

I have restarted the ipad and it did not work. Can someone help, please?

You will need to contact support as listed in the APP or on the app's page of your iPAD store, that's how it works for that one sadly.

Hii pendean

Found out the renewal process has a time lag so i have to wait some time
(about an hour or more) the subscription change to premium. I was in a
hurry editing a file when this happened. Thank you for your respond.
