Premium not working.

I’ve have AutoCAD premium subscription for years and have liked it so far till the last couple of weeks. On the app it says I have free version and wants me to upgrade, but that’s not the case I have had a premium subscription for years. I’m being charged each month for the premium subscription and it’s not working.

For Subscription AutoCAD Mobile app, kindly contact the Customer Support using one of the following suggestions:

  • From the Help menu, select "Contact Support".
  • Log into your Autodesk Account and Contact Support.
