New version is slow

  1. The old version is much better than this one.
  2. I will cancel the service and use the dwg, it is better, I think it hurts this version instead of improving this one.

I understand the on your side the current version has performance issues. In order to troubleshoot the issue and to forward information internally if needed, please let me know the following points:

  1. Do you use Android or iOs?
  2. Which mobile app version is installed on your side?
  3. Which functions are slow on your side?
  4. Does the same issue appear in a new drawing?
  5. Are the drawings originally created in AutoCAD Mobile or in another application?

  3. Which functions are slow on your side?
  4. Does the same issue appear in a new drawing?
  5. Are the drawings originally created in AutoCAD Mobile or in another application?
