Missing folders inside Google Drive

I connected my Google Drive to the mobile app on my phone, but when I go to the location where all my folders are which contain dwg files and others, - turns out many of my folders don't even show up inside the app.

They are on google drive, it's all there, accessible from anywhere else. But the Autodesk mobile app somehow isn't showing some of my folders. how can I resolve this?

No one here is Autodesk, we are all end users just like you.
I'm not seeing any missing folders when using Google Drive here: are those folders perhaps not set to share or something?
If you make new folders in the same spot, do they appear?

Have you tried to just reconnect to your Google Drive?

Hi Pendean,

thanks for the tips, I just created a new folder, it showed up, no problem there.

It's very strange - these folders were available a little while ago. It's quite random... some folders which are inside my google drive just don't show up on the mobile app.

Today I subscribed to the ACAD LT and and I think that made my Mobile App go premium. I used to have ACADlt  2010 and now I got new computers, and was forced to go subscription based due to windows 10 not running my older acadlt 2010.

That is the only change in my system. I think before that change, I was able to see all my folders. I already did remove that google drive from my app and reconnected it. I guess I try to remove the Web App from my phone and re-install it.?

Very strange indeed: I've not run across anyone else having this exact issue recently, but I'll try a search on the web to see what comes up.

Welcome to premium BTW.
