Meenu Hinduja-Dheeraj Sudan - Android App Crashing While Opening Autodesk Files

Hi All,

We (Meenu Hinduja-Dheeraj Sudan) are from London, UK. Now, We are using the Autodesk mobile app on Android, but it crashes whenever We try to open large DWG files. We already cleared cache and updated the app, yet the issue continues. Has anyone faced this problem before, and are there any recommended fixes or settings changes?

There is a built-in file size limit in the MOBILE app: you can't do anything about it. Look it up in HELP in your mobile app.
