How to scale Dimensions Text

Hello

How do I scale the size of the dimensions text. The text and dim arrows are not proportional to the drawing they are very large. I can’t find a setup setting to set up dim styles.

You cannot: it is still based on your ZOOM level unless you correct your file in desktop AutoCAD first.
