Hello,
I'm used to Share drawings between my Windows 10 computer and my I pad's Autocad360 pro using Dropbox. The last drawing I tried to share appears blank, even if the others preceeding are still corrects. The weight appears to be nearly the same as on my computer and it seems to load correctly but is blank. Thank you for your help.
Hi @Anonymous,

I have the same problem, the .dwg is fine on my ipad pro on Autocad 360 Pro but when i open on my computer via OneDrive it is blank? What is going on? I am saving it wrong or something. Many thanks in advance for any help. Kind regards, Nick
Hi,
This might be a zoom issue. Your drawings might contain a few elements spread around the canvas far from the main drawing (The first zoom level takes all the elements into account- 'zoom extents').
You may need to zoom into areas in the drawing to view it properly. Please also try the zoom button, to locate the drawing at the center of the canvas- See attachment.
Thanks,
Hi,
Thank you for your reply, alas I have already tried this so to no success. I suppose I am creating and saving correctly: i created a new drawing on AutoCad360 on my iPad, saved it and then when I open it on my PC there is nothing there?
Kind regards,
Nick
Hi,
I know what the problem is now, the lines had 0.00mm lineweight too them, i tried to change it on my iPad but it wouldn't let me, does anybody know why? The other point i dont understand is why did the lines show on my iPad but not on the drawing when it was on my computer? The only way i was able to see the lines on my computer was by playing about with the layout, which showed the lines and then double clicking to engage the model space in the layout tab and then changing the lineweight?
All help/comments appreciated.
Kind regards,
Nick
Hi @Anonymous,
How do the drawings sync back to your computer?
Are your drawings stored in an external storage folder (Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive)?
Or, are you using A360 Drive as one storage?
Feel free to contact us directly at feedback@autocad360.com, and we'll be happy to help you through this channel.
