Cannot open some files

I have several files in my drive folder that open in seconds, then I have a few files that take several minutes get to 71% and then come back with an error that they cannot be opened at this time, to try later or contact support. I haven't had any luck with support. Their answer is that they can't reproduce the issue at their end, yet they have no suggestions on how to get it to work on my end. I've been trying for a month to open one file on particular and tried every thing I can think of with no luck and no responses to my emails to tech support. Has anyone else run into this issue and had any luck resolving it?

Is this a problem on a mobile device like an iPad or Samsung, or a webbrowser on a laptop PC?

Is the file stored at the Mobile website here or somewhere else https://web.autocad.com/#/filemanager.html

Disconnect your phone from Wifi, does the problem remain?
Disconnect your phone from your wireless service, does the app warn against the file being unavailable or does it hang or does it find your local copy and open it?

Can you open this fail-to-open file in Windows10 in a Chrome Browser on your PC?

The problem happens on wifi, or not on wifi, I've tried it in both locations.

When I try to make the file available for offline, it flashes that it is downloading, then nothing happens

I will have to wait until I'm done using my phone as a hotspot before I can test offline, but I doubt it based on not being able to make the file available offline.

The file is stored in my A360Drive, just like the ones that I can open.

The file opens fine on windows 10 in my chrome browser at web.autocad.com

It even opens just fine within chrome on my phone, the issue is, I cant use the GPS feature within the browser (As far as I can tell), it needs to be on the app

A360Drive was retired by Autodesk a couple of months ago: it is a dead service that could just disappear any day or sit there for 5-years, no one knows for sure.

Take the time to abandon it soon and move your files to either the AutoCADMobile file explorer here https://web.autocad.com/#/filemanager.html or to a 3rd party file sharing service like DropBox.

A360 was phased out A360Drive is the new subscription service that was just started up in the last 6 months or so.

The filemanager, is the A360Drive folder, or Autodesk has them magically linked because when I add to one, it shows up in both.

Read this https://a360.autodesk.com/a360-desktop/?_ga=2.153921208.1228079040.1535982530-1259236931.1502544155 and the part

"How will the expiration affect my current installed Autodesk products?
Your Autodesk A360 Drive folder will no longer synchronize with A360 Drive online. However, both your local data and online data remain available.
Autodesk AutoCAD settings sync will no longer function.
The Autodesk AutoCAD “Share Document” feature will no longer be available from within the product."

Either way, you have a problem and if you don't wish to try any other idea or fix then I suggest you keep trying to contact AutoCADMobile support until it is resolved since I'm not Autodesk, just an end user with no issues since dropping A360Drive usage.

I understand you are an end user, what I am stating is that my files are stored in the default folder that is used by AutoCAD Mobile, and I cannot get them to open in the APP.  That folder is one and the same of every single one of the below screenshots.  If storing them in the filemanager location is not correct, do you have a better location to store them?

Please see the screeshots:

File manager:

Drive - which is included in my subcription

and takes me to this page, which has the exact file structure as the screenshot above:image.pngAnd the exact file structure as what I see in my phone:

But different than if I go to the A360 folder that was created with Desktop:

Thanks for clearing file locations up for me: other than trying what the app is recommending as a fix (deleting the file from the file location, uploading a new copy and trying it again), you will need to contact the AutoCADMobile over and over again until they help you solve it.

I suspect why they cannot replicate it is its a first open for them, but not you, and they are probably not using your exact phone and exact conditions either.
