Solved: Can’t use my finger to draw or modify on AutoCAD mobile app.

Can’t use my finger to draw or modify on autocad mobile app. I am using an HP pavilion x360 2 in 1 laptop. The keyboard is flipped around so that I am in tablet mode, when I try to draw or move something it does not respond to my finger on the screen.

@nkerkhof2 Is this the WindowsOS app store "mobile app" by chance?
Does your touchscreen actually work in other apps? If no, you need to fix that problem as noted above.
If yes, abandon the app store product for now, open your favorite webbrowser, navigate here and test again https://web.autocad.com/login

It's basically the same thing more or less, minus the app-store interface.
