AutoDesk Fusion 360 Authentication Error

Hello, every time I try to launch Fusion 360 I just get an Authentication error, pictured below. I've tried deleting LoginState.xml but it won't let me because it says its somewhere else. I can't find it anywhere else so.... Gave up on that, tried disabling antivirus software, deleted cache's for internet and fusion 360, checked internet settings and have SSL and everything enabled as normal, yet nothing has worked. I've attached the log file for the attempted start-up also. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
