Autocad mobile cannot be used.


Autocad mobile cannot open files from Autocad 2020. However, updates cannot be installed.

Why does a file always have to be uploaded first and cannot simply be started from the hard disk? For me the AutoCad mobile is completely worthless

Welcome to the AutoCAD Mobile Forum.

 

I suggest the functions that could help you are SPEICHINWEBMOBIL (Engl: SAVETOWEBMOBILE) and ÖFFÜBWEBMOBIL (Engl: OPENFROMWEBMOBILE).

 

When you press the buttons in your AutoCAD 2020 application a window pops up which lets you save them directly in your File Manager. You will see the files straight away when you open your AutoCAD Mobile App or AutoCAD Web App afterwards.

A manual upload is not needed. The situation changes when you talk about the Autodesk Viewer (viewer.autodesk.com). In the viewer a manual upload is required.
