Hello

AutoCAD Mobile is a 2D drafting tool.

This information is directly shown when searching on the Web for "AutoCAD Mobile". You can view 3D files but you can not edit them.

A naming schema intended to communicate a core difference between two versions of an app will persist into other contexts where the name is used. The mobile app lacking the LT designation without having 3D capability offered by many other vendors is poor marketing and branding. The 2D limitation is buried in the fifth paragraph of the App Store entry. Autodesk's unwillingness or inability to follow its own naming convention and clearly communicate its offerings avoidably wasted an hour of my extremely limited time. Very disappointing.
