Is the UCS in your destination file upsidedown and rotated 180? or it needs to be?

I played with the UCS with the rotating options and this only made it harder to get to where I needed to be. It ended p losing the coords for the points that I was wanting to flip. I suppose I could flip and then just re drawing a coord line(s) to get the points back to where I needed them. Your input is appreciated. - The solution that I found, wait for it.... it was that Point Layout was needing the label, or point number. Uuugh... it was the coords point number the whole time. I was under the impression that a point only needed two informations, the Y and the X with an optional X. So the points were bunching up and on top of each other without the 'Label' or 'Point name'... go figure.
