Open IFC in AutoCAD MEP 2022

Hi Folks,
Autodesk support lead me here, although I think it's a pretty basic question:
How do I open IFC models in AutoCAD MEP 2022? On the support site Importieren oder Öffnen von IFC-Dateien in AutoCAD-basierten Produkten it is stated that i should be able to open an IFC file with MEP after I opened a drawing but I don't see the option for this in the menu, neither in "open" nor in "import".

Can you check if you are using the MEP profile and not Vanilla AutoCAD profile?

Can you launch MEP using the desktop shortcut or Microsoft Windows Start menu>>AutoCAD MEP 2022 or 2026 >>AutoCAD MEP 2022

Alternatively, you may use the command IFCIMPORT and IFCEXPORT
