New system recommendations

We are starting a Mechanical department from the ground up and this is my chance to get all the goodies that I will require up front.  We are going with Autodesk Building Design Suite and will primarily use AutoCAD MEP with cad-mech as our primary detailing software. Will will be creating 3D piping drawings, as well as coordination of disciplines in Navisworks.

Here are my questions.

1) What type of server/network requirements do you recommend?

2) Best recommendations of a workstation.

I've already done some research on this forum, but would just like to verify and get the best system that is currently out there - best bang for the buck
