Issue with scaling of MVPART (Valve) in piping.

I'm having an issue with the scale of certain aspects of my drawing.

The riser symbol on my drawings is massive compared to the rest of the objects as is the valve.

When I try to add the valve to the piping line it snaps to it and looks reasonable (see screenshot) Inserting MVPARTInserting MVPART

but when it is inserted it is more schematic in form and absolutely massive (see second screen shot and .dwg).

Inserted MVPARTInserted MVPART

Hopefully I've provided enough information. If not please let me know what else I can provide.

Thanks!

Niss

Hi @nissAY7D6

Thanks for posting in the AutoCAD MEP forum! Could you record and post a quick Screencast video showing us exactly what's happening using the different methods? I can recreate the MVPart showing larger, but cannot reproduce the smaller version so having the work flow steps may help me understand better what might be causing this, or what the difference in steps are.

I'm having a similar issue with diffussers: The drawing is on centimeters, and when I add a diffusser, the size is huge. It seems that since the diffusser is in mm, it scales up the MVPart. I'm currently working on 10 drawings, 2 of which have this issue. I tried scaling down the MVPart, but it only scales the geometry, leaving some kind of hatch unscaled. Please help!
