Edit template and adding layers

I use some own layers like:
- Text
- Helpline

- Annotate

- Center

I dont know what file I should edit or how I can make these layers be at new drawings so I dont have to make them everytime I start a new drawing.
I got the swedish, dannish and english languagepack and I normally use the dannish one but if someone can help me with the swedish or english one I can use that instead

I found the correct template file.
I had too open Aecb Model (DAN VVS & Ventilation bips Ctb).dwt in C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\MEP 2020\enu\Template and add the layers there. Next time I open Autocad and start a new drawing all my new layers are there
