duct changes to single line after adding insulation or elbow

Hi, I just installed MEP and am trying it out.

When I add insulation or liner to a duct it changes so single line.

When I change an elbow from radius to mitered it changes to single line

unfortunately it sometimes happens in autocad mep but not very often. You just have to get used to it and find way to regenerate object.
Usually it it sufficient to regenerate model or to move pipe or pipefitting to make it regenerate itself. Even moving with distance = 0. Can you upload this dwg?

Hi, yeah when i reopened the drawing it worked again. Looks like a random
error.
