Display Representation of Conduit Piping in 1-Line below global cut plane

Can anyone confirm if piping or conduit 1-line display representation have the DisplayByElevation options that you typically get when using a "PLAN" display representation? I am trying to hide Conduit/Pipe below the global cut plane elevation, the idea of don't show conduit below this level (or show dashed). However, it appears that only Duct has the proper 1-Line display configuration options for this. Seems odd to me that only Conduit/Pipe dont support this but Duct does. Maybe Im missing something.

I've done a lot with global cut planes over the years. Heck if you search it Im the only one on Youtube that has made any videos on the subject... yet can't seem to figure out if this just isnt supported for Conduit/Pipe in 1-Line.
