Text size in UI/Dialogue Boxes

Good day I am a new user to AutoCAD. I have poor vision and need to increase the text in the menu bars and dialogue boxes that popup. Can this be done?

The overall font size display in AutoCAD is governed by screen resolution and the font size setting in the operating system.
