New Install: Vault Buttons Not Appearing On Panels (ACM 2026, Vault Pro 2025)

I'm looking for some assistance on this.  I went and loaded the menu in for Vault after the ACM 2026 install.  Although the tab shows up, the buttons on the panels do not appear.  Does anyone have a solution?

I did that and still am not seeing the buttons on the ribbon.  I even closed the program and reopened it, just as a test.

I'm mapped to the correct support file in 2026 (vaac.cuix).  I do appreciate the reply, yet am still seeing the same result.

I am one level deeper and it appears that the commands are showing, yet when selected, I don't have the ability to Apply the commands I'm choosing. 

Hopefully this little nugget gets me closer.
