modeling operation error: operation unsuccessful

I have just upgrade to AutoCAD 2017 from 2014. there is one file that cannot be opened on 2017 because it will get a fatal error but will open fine on 2014. I noticed that when i open it on 2014 it says "modeling operation error: operation unsuccessful" on the command prompt after saving the file. I tried purging all unused layers and block but there are 2 blocks that are not able to be purged without getting a fatal error. I have tried recovering the file but i get a fatal error and the audit does not find any errors. Has anybody else had this problem and how do i fix it without creating a new file and pasting it everything in it.

Here is the file. I have erased everything in the file except the two blocks that can not be purged without having an internal error. one of them will purge but will fail once you save. Thank you for taking time into this

Hello Mr Alvaro Perez,

I have checked the Drawing file that you have sent. This issue has been fixed in the Service pack for ACM 2017.

Please install the SP1 from the below link:

Also install AutoCAD SP1 before installing ACM SP1:

Hi,

I have the same problem with Autocad 2020.   Did a Special pack exist for this?  My Autocad is up to date.

There is the message I got when I open a drawing. 

Modeling Operation Error: Error Code Number is 84026

I did an Audit and a Recover and It not solved.
