Mid Between 2 Points Error (AutoCAD Mechanical 2022)

After actively moving an object, if you right click to select the option to use "Mid Between 2 Points", AutoCAD glitches and no longer shows the curser and you can't complete the move.  This has never been an issue with 2021, so hopefully it can resolved with 2022 unless anyone has a workaround.  Thanks.

You will need to log into your Autodesk Account, start a support ticket, and report the issue.
All of us in here are end users just like you, Autodesk only comes in here to ensure we are all behaving, not much else.
