How to make this in Oblique or Isometric

I need to know how I would make an S-Wrench in either oblique or Isometric view, I want to impress my Mechanical Drawing 1 Teacher before he retires after this semester. I know how to make the curve connecting both shapes but I don't know how to make the approximate ellipse, after I learn how to do that I should be fine, Thank you if you do decide to help!

In order to complete such a drawing, you need the overall height of the "boxed" ends (which are thicker than the ogee handle between them) in order to give it a 3D look. An easy ellipse is done by drawing a circle for each of the axial dimensions provided on the handle and using the ellipse command selecting the major and minor axis as shown below.
