How to Create Custom Parts in AutoCAD Mechanical

Hi my name is Adarsh, I need to create custom parts that are not available in the standard AutoCAD Mechanical library. Is there a recommended way to define and save custom parts for reuse? Also, can I add them to the parts list automatically?
