Hi!
I was creating a drawing, specifically a cylinder, that I was supposed to enter into the content library with parametric constraints, so that the length could easily be changed from the sizing window that appears when you select it from the content library. I thought I had it working, and when I uploaded the cylinder to the library and "re-imported" it from the library, selected a size from the drop-down, and pressed "enter", it appeared as the size that I wanted. However, when I tested imported the same cylinder from the library onto a co-workers computer, it imported it with what appears to be none of the previously applied geometric constraints. It appeared as if only the dimensional constraints moved, and did not move the other lines geometrically constrained/"bound" to them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
(The content library is located on a network/shared drive)
This is the original file/drawing uploaded to the content library.
This is a view of the same part from the content editor. All of the blue specks at line intersections are geometric constraints, meant to "hold everything together" as the middle part stretches and "pushes" the right end along with it. Shown to the right are the parameters and the family table used to create the dropdown options.
This is the the size selection screen showing a few of the options available to select
This is the intended result on all computers across the network/that have access to the content library. Again, it works on my computer (and this picture is taken from it), where is was created and uploaded to the library, but not on other computers on the network.
This is instead what happens when others attempt to import it from the content library.
Again, any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time!
