dialouge box is not opening

Dear all,

I am using Autodesk Mechanical 2011, 

when ever I am press the open/save/save as button the dialouge box is not opening see the attached photos for what coming after i press the buttons, 

I alredy repaied the autodesk mechanical but nothing is changed , I still having same problem,

If any one having solution than help me,

On the command line type "FILEDIA" (without the quotes), then <enter>, at the pompt type "1" (without the quotes), then <enter>.  Do the same with "CMDDIA".  For some reason one or both of these SYSVARS got set to "0" (zero).
