Customize - content - Description - Automatic!

I want to change the names of library items.
Change "Description" to Portuguese.
What procedure should I perform?

you can edit standard library content if you like following the steps from mu screen cast bellow

This will edit standard description from the content! 

Another solution is to add new columns to the Family Table in order to get the needed translation and then make modifications to dwt template file to map the new description!
