Content Libraries - In which file content libraries file path is saved

Hello,  

We have installed Autocad 2019 , everything installed perfectly except content libraries, when we open autocad it shows "unable to locate path information file", i don't understand why it goes to 2017 path instead of 2019.

I know by "AMCONTENTMANAGER" manually set the path but we have more number of users i don't want them to manually update the path. 

So please advise in which file content libraries default file path is saved so i can replace that file and issue will get resolved.
