command database doesn't show stiffener

hello. i'm trying to build stiffeners, googled and found out it's accessible through the command Database -> Fittings -> Stiffeners. tried the command but what showed up was AMBOM instead, used for Billing of Materials. what do i do?

Hi 

Can you use command amstlshap2d in AutoCAD Mechanical and verify if that helps.

OR AutoCAD Mechanical>>Ribbon>>Content Tab>>Parts Panel.
