Selected polygons should not hide other object from FDO layers

In AutoCAD Map 3D a selected polygon (FDO) should not hide all other objects form other layers.

E.g. if I select a polygon the lines should still be visible. But now the lines are no longer visible:

In other GIS (e.g. QGIS, ArcGIS) the selection of a polygon does not hide other objects. There are some options to achieve this:
- selected polygon should respect draw order of task plane
- mark selected polygon with hatch symbol instead of fill symbol
- mark selected polygon with highlighted border instead of fill symbol
