Ability to tie column to rotation and a typical rotate tool for FDO Layers.
Example: 1. Indicate that "myAngle" column rotates point in layer 2. Select point feature 3. Click rotate tool 4. myAngle column updates with point rotation
This is really needed for all point Layers in FDO.
