Add search of Endpoints to Drawing Clean Up (_MAPCLEAN).

By preparation of topological correct drawings it is one of the main problems. Primarily for forming the boundaries of polygon objects.

90% of the problem is solved using Erase Dangling Objects from the Drawing Cleanup.
But only in Interactive.

But 90%.

For search of Endpoints (area boundary gaps) there could be alternative a display of errors at creation of topology (MAPTOPOCREATE). For example, triangular yellow marker Incomplete areas.

But for some reason MAPTOPOCREATE puts these marker in all nodes polygon, and not just on gaps!
