can connect an exernal database (for example an infraworks sqlite) with the internal industry model sqlite, who is contain in the DWG.
not just a bulk copy, but can make a view or a triggers with these external database.
-ESRI is working on the SQLITE format for replace the SDE geom, but the ESRI'S geometrical format is not the same than the FDO geometrical format.
it will nice to have a connexion or a FDO provider SQLITE ESRI to make a bulkcopy for an example.
