Hello Everyone,
I recently installed Map 3D in my computer. After I open the software, I am not able to see the ribbon with tools such as Home, Insert, Annotate etc in the workspace. I tried to customize the ribbon tools in the customization tab and I was able to include basic tools such as Home, Insert, Output etc., but could not find MAP 3D specific tools such as Feature map, edit object and object map. I did not find them even in the customization tab to add them into the work space.
Can someone help me with this?
Thanks,
Praneeth

Have you tried changing your workspace to 'Planning and Analysis?'

Hi,
in case changing the workspace does not help ... what does command _RIBBON do, does it bring back your menu?
As it's a state after installation (and so I assume you have not done any customization) you might use the reset to default option as described >>>here<<<

Hi Sir,
Yes, I did change the workspace to Planning and Analysis. But, initially there was no tool added and ribbon was empty. In the workspace customization tab, I added the basic tools home, insert and annotate etc but wasn't able to see planning and analysis workspace specific tools to add. I think there is some kind of installation problem. I even tried transferring the .cuix files from the support folder in C drive Map 3D folder.
Hi Mr. Alfred,
If i give RIBBON command, the ribbon is showing up with basic tools which I added. But, even in the customization tab, i could not find the Planning and Analysis tools to add.
Yeah, I will try the reset to default option and see if it works.
Thanks,
Praneeth
