Trouble adding data from AutoDesk connector for ArcGIS connector to design project

My coworker is having trouble uploading data from ArcGIS connector for AutoCAD because the "Add to my Design Project" button is somehow located off the screen and unreachable. The ESRI popup screen doesn't seem to be resizable and we tried to unlock the task bar and change resolution settings but we still can't get it to work. Has anybody else experienced this? Here is a screenshot.

It sounds like a screen resolution issue.

Try a couple of things:

1. Right-click over the desktop and check scale and layout.  Make sure its 100%

2. Under Display Resolution, see if the resolution is above 1280x768

That usually does the trick.

I'm having the same issue and tried your suggestions, I still cant see the button?  Any other suggestions?
