If you are referring to MAPLAYOUTREFERENCESYSTEM grid found in Layout Tools tab/Map Viewport panel/Reference System Icon, then you can simply click on the grid itself then delete it using delete key. Alternatively, you can turn off or freeze its layer.

Hello

Thanks for your response. I need to delete only the grid lines, and coordinate frame and values should be remained.

You can Explode the reference grid. Then select the text and put it on a new layer. The original layer with the grid lines can now be turned off leaving only the values (which will now be mtext). You cannot separate the tick marks from the grid lines--they always go together. It would be nice if you could keep one or the other but the program doesn't allow it. In fact, you can't change the grid's line color, line weight, or line type either. To change the number of decimal places, type UNITS on command line then change Precision in the Length section, then create the grid. If you change precision after creating the grid, it won't work.
