Raster Tools Tab Not Available - AutoCAD Map 3D 2023

Hey there, thanks for your help.

I am having an issue where my Raster Tools Tab is not available. I can enter the commands such as IRRUB and use the raster tools; but the tab is not visible. I have tried adding it by right clicking and going into the show tabs menu but it is not available there. I have also tried using MENULOAD command to unload and reload the raster tools. I tried going into the OPTIONS popup, going under the workspaces tab, and ribbons tab to look for raster tools but it is not visible there either. I tried RIBBONCLOSE and RIBBONOPEN commands with no success. 

Any help would be appreciated.

I am on Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D 2023

@dschuyle  IRRUB is not a command in Map3D here: what does it do exactly?

And I also have RASTER DESIGN add-on installed too if that is the next question you'll ask.

Is Raster Design properly loaded? It's not automatically installed with the program--it's a separate install.

1. On command line, enter MENULOAD.
2. Take a screenshot of Loaded Customization Groups. Upload the screenshot.

Hi @dschuyle ,

Cuix for RasterDesign is names AecCo.cuix and it could be found in folder : %AppData%\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D 2023\R24.2\enu\Support

So you can load it into Map 3D with _MENULOAD command.
