Question : losing intensity data when im importing point cloud data

Hello,

I have a problem when importing point cloud data in autocad map 3D 2014. 

I can't visualize the point cloud by intensity. 

In recap i can visualize by intensity but not in autocad. 

The orginal file is a .pts format. 

I have tried exporting it out of recap as an rcp file and pcg file but nothing works. I have also tried to link the data to an index file and then add point cloud data in the task plan. but nothing seem the work. 

Anybody a solution to my problem?

I don't have that version on my system anymore - but first step would be to see if that version can take a RCS file. If so - then export that out of Recap. A RCP file is just a link to the original files and that version may be having an issue reading the intensity from the original files.
