Publish not working correctly

I've been working with Autocad Map 3D 2015, and no matter how many times I Re-install or rapair my Autocad, publish never quite works properly. The prevailing problem is it looks like there are streaks of empty space across the drawing. (see attached) or the whole drawing is smashed down to the bottom of the page in a single pixalated thick line. Also I am publishing 55 pages and it cycles through all 55 pages but only ends up plotting 3. Any ideas?

System specs and OS might provide us some idea what to look at. 

Does the plot command work  alright doing one dw at a time?

Yes, plotting one sheet at a time works perfectly. this problem only happens using the publish command. Here are my system specs:

 Are you spooling the plots in your PC or the plotter? What plotter and is it on a network.  First thing I would do is clean out(delete) all the junk files on the users temp folders, then check the plot settings and confirmations.
